High Country Estate, formerly known as High Country Maze, began as a place of wonder —two hectares of beautifully crafted Gardens, quiet corners, open lawns, Gallery and a Maze that sparked curiosity in visitors of all ages. For many years, families, travellers and garden lovers have wandered through these grounds, discovering hidden features and creating lasting memories.

We saw the potential to create a destination that offered more than gardens—a place where people could gather, celebrate, enjoy a delicious home-made meal and connect. A place where nature, hospitality and creativity could live in harmony. This new chapter brings that vision to life.

blend breathtaking landscapes with world-class hospitality, transforming the estate into a refined venue for Weddings, Events, Celebrations, Garden Experiences, Gallery, Cafe, seasonal events and the most incredibly adored icon – OUR MAZE.

Our story is one of growth, passion and dedication of Dean & Tracy (original creators), Nicky & Tony former owners, who continued their legacy and now Jenny & Nancy, the new developers and innovators current owners, who are passionate to take it to the next level. Great for the whole family!

We were greeted with a big smile yesterday. The lovely host explained what we had to do in regards to finding the 16 gnomes and all of the other features of the facility. My two girls aged 6 & 9 had walked over 4kms before we knew it. They were so excited every time we found a new gnome. We finished the morning off with a refreshing treat. The gardens were in immaculate condition. It’s a must visit for anyone or family whilst touring the Mansfield area.
